Admin Assistant / Receptionist

Bright Glass and Flooring is looking for someone to join our team ! Looking for a team player to come join us and grow with an exciting new company.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Answering and directing incoming calls
• Receiving work orders from Builders and retail customers.
Providing quotes to customers.
• Receiving payments
• Receiving packing slips and then matching to invoices.
• Auditing vendor invoicing as it arrives
• Assist with getting materials ready.
• General Filing
• Ordering office and site supplies

Applicant must pay attention to details and should be able to manage his/her time effectively.

Experience:
• Minimum 1 years’ experience in a similar role
• Previous administration experience with Excel.
• General knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax.
