Warehouse General Labor


Are you looking for warehouse work? We have an ongoing opportunity in the south east of Calgary, in a transit accessible location. The shift available are day, afternoon and night.

The role is based in a busy distribution center, and pays starts at $15 per hour. You will be carrying out a variety of general warehouse duties including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, moving goods around the warehouse, preparing pallets and operating a pallet jack. The goods are typically medium weight.

Experience that you will need:
•At least 6 months experience in an industrial setting. It will be an asset if you have worked in a distribution warehouse before, but other industrial settings such as a manufacturing plant or construction setting will also be considered.
•Able to lift 30lbs repetitively, and up to 50lbs on occasion
•Able to stand for the whole shift
•A positive, team-oriented attitude

•Loading and unloading goods
•Moving goods around the warehouse
•Picking orders ready to be shipped
•Preparing pallets for shipping
•Operating a pallet jack
