Warehouse Associate – night shift

Are you looking for regular night shift warehouse work? We have an ongoing opportunity in the south east of Calgary, in a transit accessible location. The shift is Midnight to 6.30am, Sunday to Thursday nights.

The role is based in a busy distribution center, and pays $16 per hour. You will be carrying out a variety of general warehouse duties including loading and unloading goods, picking and packing orders, moving goods around the warehouse, preparing pallets and operating a pallet jack. The goods are typically medium weight.

Experience that you will need:
•At least 6 months experience in an industrial setting. It will be an asset if you have worked in a distribution warehouse before, but other industrial settings such as a manufacturing plant or construction setting will also be considered.
•Able to lift 30lbs repetitively, and up to 50lbs on occasion
•Able to stand for the whole shift
•A positive, team oriented attitude

•Loading and unloading goods
•Moving goods around the warehouse
•Picking orders ready to be shipped
•Preparing pallets for shipping
•Operating a pallet jack
