Job Description

A Turf & Grounds Associate at Norse Landscapes is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining landscapes by fulfilling and completing work orders and scheduled maintenance runs every week. Reporting to the Team Leader &. Manager, this team member works under tight deadlines to transform our clients’ properties.

Duties & Responsibilities Operate maintenance equipment (detailed training provided for 15 different pieces of equipment) Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment required to complete landscape maintenance projects Inspect vehicles and equipment daily to ensure safe operation Daily tasks will include trimming, edging, using a blower, cutting the grass, etc. Other duties as assigned

Qualifications & Required Skills Eye for detail, great attitude, and a customer-first approach Completion of extensive in-house training 1+ years of landscaping experience preferred but not necessary. Valid Drivers License class 5 an asset also provide a driver’s abstract This position will start with a wage from $18-20 dollars per hour. Effective communication skills with clients, project managers, and team members
