With over 30 years in the business of helping Albertans find meaningful employment, we are the experts in our industry, inspiring individuals and changing lives through the innovative programs and client support we provide Regional Manager – Downtown Calgary Qualifications: § Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Management Role with experience in Program Management § CCDP designation an asset § Education/Experience in Human Services or Related field § Skilled in leading, developing and mentoring teams; influencing and relationship building § Human Resource planning § Strong decision-making and conflict resolution skills § Strong written and oral communication skills § Forecasting and tracking experience § Knowledge of Adult Learning Principles Duties to Include: § Overall Management of Government funded programs in the downtown Calgary Region; Project Management / Outcome Management § Managerial Decisions / Problem Solving § Program Budgets monitoring § Human Resources (attracting, training, engaging, developing, retaining) § Performance/Team Management and staff career development § Performance Reviews § Coaching/Mentoring § Negotiation & Consensus-Building § Government Liaison § Community Relationship Building § I.T.
