We are looking for a Full-Time Prep Cook. Responsibilities include prepping all vegetables, and meats. Successful candidate must be familiar with safe food handling (raw and cooked meats).Prepping raw meats requires the use of a deli slicer, and includes marinating meats and assembling the gyros (meat that roasts on the spit). You will also be responsible for putting away food shipment delivery (once a week). Ability to lift up to 50lbs is considered an asset. High volume of vegetable preparation is also required daily. Ability to prioritize tasks and follow directions are crucial. Minimum 1 year experience as a Prep Cook in a busy restaurant required. Training will be provided.
Hours: Full-Time (9:30am – 4pm)
Wage: Determined based on experience and performance
