HEAD OFFICE CORPORATE SERVICES INC is looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator
to join our team immediately.

The qualified candidate MUST HAVE a minimum of 5 YEARS’ OR MORE EXPERIENCE working in fast paced environment leading your department and working as part of a team alongside Accounts Receivable and HSE departments. Payroll Practitioner certification or equivalent a definite asset. Benefit Plan administration also a must.

Strong verbal and written communication skills and well organized with high attention to detail. Can multi-task with proven time management skills.

Must be competent with cloud-based software including QuickBooks Online, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, Zoom, MS Teams and more.

Investigate, track, and resolve employee queries, process payroll within strict timelines. Weekly tracking and reporting according to specific deadlines.

The Payroll Clerk must perform the day-to-day processing to ensure client payroll is recorded accurately and in a timely manner to meet payroll cut-offs and deadlines.

Full time or part time opportunity. Flexible hours. Cloud based work from home and any location however must have good internet service. Immediate opening! Compensation commensurate experience.
