Job Description:Linde Canada Inc is currently recruiting for a Microbulk Installation Service Coordinator for its Package Gases business. This position is in Calgary, AB. Description: This position has the responsibility for supervising, coordinating and planning the activities of the Microbulk Service Technicians in Western Canada for equipment installations and removals. The successful candidate will optimize customer satisfaction and ensure technical support is provided across the Region. This position will also be accountable for preparing installation projects, schedule repair work, control the assets & parts inventory and maintain the Safety / Compliance culture along with excellent customer service level. Major responsibilities (duties may include but are not limited to): · Coordinate scheduling of technicians for equipment installations, removals and repair service calls at customer sites · Respond to customer and/or sales organization inquiries related to equipment issues and review emergency/after-hours situations for root cause. · Maintain installations parts inventory and create PO vendor requests for re-supply. · Responsible inventory management and physical counts · Review or prepare design installation documents for upcoming projects · Prepare month-end Sales & Financial reports for Regional management · Develop specific procedures, following established practices · Review & provide required training to department personnel Job Related Qualifications: Professional experience: · BEng Mechanical or BEng Chemical degree or equivalent industry experience in pressure piping & CRN standards · Experience supervising employees in a coordinator or customer service role. · Budget management experience. · Familiarity with computer databases and software, e.g., EAM, JD Edwards, Sharewaves, Microsoft Office · Advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge for formula writing and data analysis · Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills · Demonstrated ability to have a positive impact working in a team environment · Detail oriented individual with a strong sense of urgency and prioritization skills · Self-motivated, efficient time management and proven organization skills with an ability to multitask and problem solve Other considerations: · Excellent command of English language (written and verbal). · Able to make periodic travel when required. · Self-motivated team player who works well with others and has a strong customer and safety focus. · Experience in distribution and customer service, with the ability to coordinate / schedule, after hours weekend emergency situations and “on call”.Company Description:Linde is a leading global industrial gases and engineering company with 2020 sales of $27 billion (€24 billion).
