Job Description:Position Summary Nanalysis is a manufacturer and global supplier of Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) and Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) products for the laboratory instrumentation market. Nanalysis is seeking an Intermediate Accounts Payable Accountant to contribute towards the successful running of the day to day growing business needs of the company. The AP Accountant will be working in a dynamic team and will be required. to posses excellent communication skills, both in team work and in assigned duties and responsibilities. The AP Accountant will report to the Nanalysis Controller. Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Primary Duties/Responsibilities:Received invoices from vendors, employee expenses and corporate credit cards, get approval, review then perform all coding tasks process them into accounting system; follow standard company procedures to assure maximum consistency of the information;Completing accounts payable tasks to generate cheque runs, month end vendor statement reconciliation and audits;Analyze discrepancies with invoices and research information to discover the source of problem, making sure all disbursements are correct;Utilize clear and professional communication in the course of performing job duties;Exercise integrity and transparency in financial documentation, reporting other personnel if there is a suspicion of fund misappropriation. Background and Experience Sought:An associate degree or a certificate in accounting;3 – 5 years experience with accounts payable and general accounting;Strong basic mathematical skills;An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing;Computer literacy with Excel;Analytical and problem-solving skills to fully address accounts payable issues.Company Description:Nanalysis Corp.is a public company (TSXV:NSCI, FRA:1N1, OTC:NSCIF).
