Little Caesar’s Okotoks is currently seeking a Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, ensuring that our customers receive excellent service, and that our team members are motivated, trained, and supported in their roles.
The ideal candidate should have:
A minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints and concerns
Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Supervise and motivate team members to provide excellent customer service
Ensure that all products are made according to Little Caesar’s standards
Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Manage inventory and ordering of supplies
Ensure compliance with Little Caesar’s policies and procedures
