Job Description:We are seeking 5 customer service reps to help us as we are very busy right now. Part time and Full-time hours are available, and the pay is great. $1000-$1300 per week with fully paid training. There is room for these positions to turn into management positions for candidates. Job Description: Work with our close retail partners such as Sobeys, Safeway, Superstore and more to deal with our customer service team, educating them on our programs, answering inquiries and more. The hours are Tuesday – Saturday 4 – 8 hrs per day Wednesday – Sunday 4 – 8 hours per day Depending on which shift is chosen for the right candidate. Responsibilities:Handle customer inquiries and complaintsProvide information about the products and servicesTroubleshoot and resolve product issues and concernsDocument and update customer records based on interactionsDevelop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services ​Qualifications:Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fieldsAbility to build rapport with clientsAbility to prioritize and multitaskPositive and professional demeanorExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPunctual and reliability is keyCompany Description:Be motivated and wanting more!
