Day Shift – 7am -3 pm

We are looking for a certified forklift operator for a Construction company in St. Albert. Expert material handling skills are required, as well as great professionalism and attention to safety. While being equipment operating position, this role will require significant manual lifting of heavy products. If you are missing the gym and want to get in a workout while getting paid, this might be the job for you!
-Wages of $ 20/hour

-Weekly pay via direct deposit
– Contract positions
Duties include but not limited to:
-Flawless operation of a counterbalance sit down Forklift.
-Accurate order picking and putaway
-Working in a fast-paced environment
-Consistent communication with teammates and supervisors
-Communication with drivers
-Consistent manual lifting up to 50lbs
-Standing, Bending, Walking for up to 8 hours a shift
-Working independently as well as with others depending on the assigned task
Qualifications we would like to see:
-3+ years experience with different warehouse equipment(Counterbalance Forklift and Reach Trucks)
-An external forklift ticket (still valid)
-3+ years experience in a warehouse setting
-Shipping/receiving experience is an asset
-Reliable transportation is a must, locations are not accessible by public transit
