Executive Assistant for International Growing Real Estate Co

We are currently looking to hire an Executive Assistant for the owners of a growing real estate company operating out of our office in Royal Oak NW in Calgary. This position would be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday, however, at times, hours may differentiate. There may be evening work during presentations (so we are looking for someone who can be very flexible with their time).

Duties include but are not limited to:
Working directly with owners to support them in their capital raising and acquisition efforts
Proficient at typing and Microsoft Office products including OneDrive, Excel, and Power Point
Scheduling
Organizing files
Special projects
Audit systems and checklists
Calendar management
– Scheduling appointments
– Making changes to calendar quickly and as needed
Organize investor presentations
Email management
Book flights and travel
Great customer service skills
Filing
Uploading documents to the cloud
Goal tracking
Running errands
