Resolve data deficiencies and errors by consistently adhering to and following the standard procedures.
Escalate complex incomplete documents and errors to the supervisor for resolution.
Numeric and alphabetic customer and account information will be entered.
Confirm the inserted data through reviewing, assessing, removing, or re-inserting data.
Conduct thorough troubleshooting to find the resolution for incomplete documents, and through comparing data from different systems.
Combine all duplicates of information.
