Be sure to include the size of the operations you have previously been employed with.


Position: Line Cook

Terms of Employment: Full time. Candidates must be flexible and have the ability to work variable shifts including days, evenings, nights and weekends.

Job Duties:

· Prepare and cook full course meals,

· Ensure quality of food is top notch and consistent,

· Work with specialized cooking equipment,

· Ensure that kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet cleaning standards,

· Follow recipes and presentation specifications,

· Meet dietary requirements where required,

· Clean and maintain station.

– Perform closing duties as assigned by management


· Minimum 2 year related experience,

· Strong work ethic

· Ability to communicate well with back and front of house staff

· Demonstrated experience in high volume restaurant required.
