The duties of the new team member will be the following:
Answer Incoming Calls
Responsible for incoming/outgoing mail.
Creating work orders for incoming calls.
Distributing and dispatching work orders to the appropriate quarters.
Assist Office Manager and owner in processing invoicing
Making outgoing calls to customers
Perform other duties as assigned
