We are looking for a Light/Medium Duty Flat Deck Driver

You are usually the first interaction of Champion Towing that many of our customer’s experience. You have ownership for providing an extraordinary, safe, and quick service by completing the task at hands. This will show our customers we value their time and their business. You assist customers from day to day, and our goal as one unit is to provide the best service possible while deepening their relationship with Champion Towing. You will receive training related to Champion Towing products and services, how to deal with day to day vehicle problems and situations.
1-2 Year flat deck experience (strapping, chaining, tarping) Professional attitude with a emphasis on customer service Knowledgeable with load securement and hours of service Applicant must be responsible and accountable Able to work alone. Great communication with dispatch and other departments. Accept and record payments and provide a receipt. Note the services rendered, cost of the services and the payment method. Completing proper paperwork Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Maintains truck log, according to state and federal regulations. Maintains telephone or radio contact with dispatch to receive instructions. Maintains cleanliness and tracks maintenance on inside and outside of truck. Attending safety meetings and training classes. Use uniforms and safety equipment provided by the company. Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to operate under pressure
• Position is primarily outdoors in all weather conditions
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be flexible to work weekends, evenings and late nights
• Must be friendly, patient and enthusiastic and have an excellent work ethic
• Must be able to communicate via mobile device and utilize GPS system
• Must have basic automotive skills
• Must have MINIMUM of 2 year’s experience of trucking
• Must be able to go to United States
• Must be able to read right and communicate it English
• Must have class 5 (FULL)
